Digital products (e.g., PDF documents) may be purchased through the website. The use of these products is subject to copyright without limitation. After successful payment via Stripe, WooPayments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or credit card, the user receives a personal download link, which is displayed in the order summary, accessible via the customer account, and also sent by email. This link does not expire but is not intended for sharing with third parties. The content may only be downloaded and used by the paying user.

The user is responsible for storing the downloaded files locally. Any reproduction, distribution, publication, or use by third parties without the express written consent of the operator is prohibited.

Payments may be made in various currencies, including Swiss francs (CHF), euros (EUR), and other currencies offered by the payment service providers. Foreign currency conversions and possible fees are handled by the respective payment service provider.

RETURN POLICY

Digital products, such as PDF sheet music and online courses, cannot be returned once delivered. After a successful download, the product is considered in the user’s possession. Download issues can be resolved by contacting support via email. Returns of online courses or physical products are excluded.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

As all offered products consist solely of digital content (e.g., PDF sheet music), no physical delivery takes place.

After successful payment, the user will receive a personal download link. This link is displayed on the order confirmation page, accessible via the customer account, and additionally sent by email. The download link does not expire but is strictly intended for the purchaser’s personal use and must not be shared with third parties.

USER OBLIGATIONS
